I'm a children's author who believes that humor is the key to literacy and thus the solution to pretty much every not-so-funny problem in this world of ours. That's my writerly big picture.

But that big picture is pixelated with a plethora of picayune principles, such as: special words (like picayune) rock; living in a human body makes for some great comedy; silly plus smart equals sublime; and whatever you do, don't bore them. Thanks for visiting.
